The vision of O4U is to educate, inspire and advance LGBT undergraduates in their professional pursuits. As part of this vision, O4U is providing year-round educational and networking support to its members. We are building a professional networking community which brings together students, alumni and other professionals for mentorship and development opportunities. O4U’s members engage and collaborate with each other through varied media, including the Out for Undergrad Business Conference (OUBC), the Out for Undergrad Technology Conference (OUTC), the Out for Undergrad Leadership Summit (OULS) and through participation in year-long Students and Alumni engagement.
