Leadership Summit

The Out for Undergrad Leadership Summit will empower, motivate and inspire exceptional lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (“LGBT”) undergraduate leaders to develop their individual potential and to create positive change.  The Summit will bring together a select number of high-potential leaders, with a range of interests and post-collegiate goals, and provide focused leadership training and support. Students will build deep and purposeful relationships with other future leaders in the LGBT community, and will continue to engage in ongoing development and support after the Summit.

Unlike Out for Undergrad’s other career-specific conferences, focused on business and technology, OULS will include students seeking to deepen their future potential impact across a variety of careers, both professional and academic.The inaugural Summit will be held in Washington, DC in late April 2013.  Merit scholarships to cover travel expenses and lodging will be provided for all participants.
