Applicants should demonstrate exceptional leadership potential, either within or outside of the LGBT community, and plan to pursue a high-impact professional or academic career.  They should be open to self-reflection and personal development, eager to learn from peers and experienced mentors, and excited to contribute to development and engagement during and after the Summit.
