Do I need to be a junior to attend the Summit?

No. While the Summit will consist of mostly juniors, we encourage all applicants to apply who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and plan to pursue a high-impact professional or academic career.  Applicants should be open to self-reflection and personal development, eager to learn from peers and experienced mentors, and excited to contribute to development and engagement during and after the Summit.

Do I have to be interested in Business or Technology to attend the Leadership Summit?

No. Unlike Out for Undergrad’s other career-specific conferences, focused on business and technology, OULS will include students seeking to deepen their future potential impact across a variety of careers, both professional and academic.

Do I need to be lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender (LGBT) to attend the Summit?

The Summit’s agenda and content are specifically geared towards LGBT students. While allies are welcome to apply, the Summit organizers believe that those who do not identify as LGBT may find the Summit less meaningful and would be using unique resources dedicated to LGBT undergraduates.
