Amy Errett
Partner, Maveron
Amy Errett is a general partner at Maveron, a venture capital firm investing in consumer-based businesses. She has more than 25 years of business and operating expertise as a leading entrepreneur, senior executive and social-mission visionary. Her focal points are emerging Web enabled consumer trends, e-commerce social shopping, and online education. Amy currently serves on the Altius Education, General Assembly, Latimer Education, Livemocha, SAY Media and Sway boards of directors. Previously, she was Chief Executive Officer and an owner of Olivia, a travel and lifestyle company for gay women. Amy earned an MBA in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in liberal arts from the University of Connecticut.

Andrew Noyes is a manager of public policy communications at Facebook and served as the company’s first spokesman in Washington, D.C. He previously covered Capitol Hill, the White House and federal agencies for National Journal Group. He has also written for a number of national magazines and has been featured on MSNBC, CBS, C-SPAN, National Public Radio and other media outlets. Andrew has worked extensively on a range of topics including Internet policy, digital media, intellectual property, cybersecurity, data security, and privacy.
Joel Spolsky
CEO and Co-Founder, Stack Exchange
Joel Spolsky is the CEO and co-founder of Stack Exchange, a network of Q&A sites which includes Stack Overflow, used by millions of programmers around the world. He is an expert on software development and the co-founder of Fog Creek Software. His website Joel on Software (www.joelonsoftware.com) is popular with software developers around the world and has been translated into over thirty languages. He has written four books about software development. Joel holds a BS from Yale in Computer Science.
