    1. Describe a challenge you faced that tested your values and resilience. How did you navigate it, and how did this experience shape your approach to leadership or collaboration?
    2. Share one or two pivotal moments that helped you grow in your understanding of LGBTQ2IA+ issues. How did these moments shape your perspective or actions?
    3. O4U supports students who aspire to excel professionally while contributing to environments where individuals can thrive. What are your short-term (1-3 years post college) and long-term (5+ years post college) career goals?
    4. O4U looks to develop the next generation of LGBTQ2IA+ leaders. What kind of leader do you aspire to become? How do you hope to contribute to building strong and supportive professional environments? How do you plan to give back to the people and communities that have supported you?
    5. If your future self were to receive an award for your engineering/scientific contribution to humanity, what would that contribution be? Give some details about how that contribution works – we want to geek out with you! What impact would you like to have on communities around you?

    6. Describe one of your proudest moments. Did you win a competition, lead a team, or advocate for something you cared about?
